Take the first step towards making health care reform a reality by showing Congress that you support the President's three principles for reform:

  • Reduce Costs — Rising health care costs are crushing the budgets of governments, businesses, individuals and families and they must be brought under control
  • Guarantee Choice — Americans must have the freedom to keep whatever doctor and health care plan they have, or to select a new doctor or health care plan if they choose
  • Ensure Affordable Care for All — All Americans must have quality and affordable health care
Passing health care reform in 2009 is a top priority for the President. Achieving it will require everyone working together -- we can't do this without you. Stand with the President by adding your name and email to his list.

Sonia Sotomayor's "wise Latina woman" remarks in a 2001 speech constituted a poor choice of words. If she truly is a wise Latina woman, Sotomayor will acknowledge this publicly.
